1. Dispatch Timelines
We process and pack all shipments within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public gazetted holidays are processed on the subsequent working day.
2. Shipping & Cargo Charges
We offer free surface cargo shipping pan-India on B2B orders totaling ₹10,000 or above. For orders below ₹10,000, a flat shipping and handling fee of ₹150 is applied at the time of checkout.
3. Transit Durations
Logistics are handled via leading carriers including Delhivery and Blue Dart. Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3 - 4 business days
- Rest of India: 5 - 7 business days
- North-East & J&K: 7 - 10 business days
4. Delivery Failures & RTO
Our courier partners make up to 3 attempts to deliver. If unsuccessful due to incorrect phone coordinates or refusal, the package is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and returned to our warehouse. We initiate contact to coordinate a re-dispatch in such scenarios.
