1. Agreement to Terms
By registering an account and placing orders on the Jimmy Joy wholesale store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern B2B transactions between Jimmy Joy and approved retailers, resellers, and traders.
2. B2B Account Registration & Approval
Access to wholesale pricing and ordering is restricted to registered business buyers. You must submit valid business details (Firm Name, Contact, GSTIN, and Billing Address). All registrations are manually reviewed, and Jimmy Joy reserves the right to approve, block, or revoke accounts at its discretion.
3. Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Order Value (MOV)
Wholesale prices are strictly gated and blurred for anonymous visitors. A Minimum Order Value (MOV) of ₹2,000 is enforced on all checkout transactions. Standard shipping cargo rates apply below the ₹5,000 free shipping threshold. All invoices are subject to statutory GST splits (5% on knitted lowers/pants, 12% on woven cargos/shorts).
4. Payments & Prepaid Incentives
Payments can be completed online via Razorpay (UPI, Credit Cards, Net Banking) or Cash on Delivery (COD). A 2% discount incentive is automatically applied to all online prepaid orders. Invoices are generated electronically upon order capture.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Credit Notes
In accordance with B2B terms, cash refunds are not offered. Exchanges or store credit notes are issued only in cases of manufacturing defects, damaged shipments, or incorrect item dispatches. Exchange claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery with original packaging and tags intact.
